All Things Juicing

Juicing can definitely be time-consuming but I love it and most importantly, my body deserves it. There are many benefits to juicing but the biggest benefit for me is knowing exactly what I’m consuming & no worries about having an allergic reaction to any preservatives. See my favorite recipes below & view more videos on my YouTube Channel! You can also access my Amazon Store, to view all of my juicing essentials. Please note, I add ginger & lime to all of my juices, as they serve as natural preservatives!

Essentials

  • Hamilton Regular Juicer

My first juicer! A lovely option for beginners. You don’t need an expensive top tier juicer to get started. This $70 juicer has lasted me six years.

  • Nutribullet Slow Juicer

Slow juicers produce a higher quality of juice, just how things tend to turn out better when we take our time… same with juicers. They’re much more quiet as well!

  • Strainers

Some days I like a little pulp other days I want strictly juice. If you have a slower juicer, this won’t be neccesary.

Quick & Easy Recipes for You:

  • Purple Cabbage

Currently my favorite vegetable to juice! Half of the cabbage will provide you with two cups of juice!

Recipe: purple cabbage, pineapple, ginger & lemon. I have an obsession of apples, so I add a bit in & it’s delicous!

  • Grapefruit

I can honestly say grapefruit is more of an appetite suppressant than coffee. It’s my go-to for hangovers/photo-shoot prep.

Recipe: grapefruit, apple, ginger & lemon.

  • Strawberry Sweetness

For this looking to curb their sweet tooth, juice your strawberries! You should be able to SMELL the sweetness.

Recipe: strawberries, grapes, ginger & lemon

  • Citrus Heaven

Perfect with the classic all-american breakfast. Store purchased orange juice gives me acid reflux but I’ve never experienced it with orange juices I make from home.

Recipe: mandarins, oranges, pineapple, ginger & lemon

    Used to increase iron levels.

  • Watermelon Juice

A refreshing choice of many. Due to watermelons containing more than 90% of water, you can obtain the juice by using a blender!

Recipe: watermelon & lemon. I’m allergic to watermelons & haven’t had any in 15 years.

  • Honeydew

The honey flavor & sweetness is much more promenant once juiced. Honeydew also contains more than 90% water, so you can use a blender to juice as well.

Recipe: honeydew. If you prefer a cleaner taste, add cucumber juice

  • The Pink Starburst

My new favorite from the Color Coded Juices on my YT Channel! I did not add ginger or lemon in this juice. I didn’t want to risk changing the taste!

Recipe: strawberries (one pint) & Envy apples (3). Make sure your strawberries are riippeeee

    Used to increase iron levels.

  • Clean Palate

The most clean juice I’ve made or tried yet! The taste is almost indescribable but once you try it, you’ll understand!!

Recipe: red bell pepper & blood oranges (6)

  • Tomayto-Tomahto

This is your healthy version of a Bloody Mary. The taste is slightly more bitter than tangy BUT the after-taste is sweet!

    Recipe: tomatoes (2) & grapefruits (3)

  • Yellow Tea

The tea you never knew you needed!! It’s a clean yet sweet taste, warm this on the stove for a dreamy tea.

Recipe: oranges (3), lemons (2) & yellow bell pepper (1/3)

    Used to increase iron levels.

  • The Refresher

The taste is one of the more refreshing juices. The papaya cuts the acid in the oranges which is great for my stomach!! Make sure your papaya is superrr ripe for more sweetness.

Recipe: half papaya, oranges (2) & mandarins (2)

  • The Sour Patch

The ginger & lemon kick off the sour taste but the sweetness of the passionfruit takes over at the end! The sweetness is blowing! To juice passion fruit, use a blender. Disposal of the seeds is optional.

    Recipe: passion fruit (4), lemons (2) & ginger (1/3)

  • Green Refresher

The green cabbage compared to the purple cabbage is not sweet at all. This isn’t a favorite of mine but it’s ideal for someone who likes a lighter flavor.

    Recipe: cabbage (2 halves) & cucumber (1)

  • Honey'd Grapes & Apples

The sweetness of this juice all depends on how ripe your honeydew is. If your honeydew is not ripe, it will lower the sweetness of the grapes & apples tremedously. Honeydews contain 90% of water, so the juiciness is to die for!

    Recipe: honeydew (1), grapes (2 cups) & appels (2)

  • The Sweetest Thing

    The Sweetest Thing

This is by far the sweetest juice I’ve created! It’s too sweet for me but delicious!! When juicing grapes, you can leave the stems on, if you don’t plan to use the pulp after.

    Recipe: grapes (2 cups) & apples (3)

  • Grape Spinach Citrus Splash

  • Solti Apple-Grape Zest

  • Apple Orchard Vine Fusion

  • Crisp Cucumber Apple

I’m not a fan of cucumber juice & I think it spoils rather quickly, so I always double the apple ration! Click here for live review!

Recipe: Grapes, Spinach, Cilantro, Solti, Apples, Lettuce & Cucumbers
