I keep my grocery list as clean as possible & I avoid processed foods. I often choose vegan options as it is easier on my digestive system, helps my blemishes fade, keeps my metabolism high & fuels my body instead of causing it to feel sluggish. I avoid any foods that make me feel heavy & overly full, as that’s my sign of a food intolerance. A key to learn your body is paying close attention to the foods you eat & take note of how it makes you feel.
